Return Policy

• You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
• To exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers and it includes all the products we display in our store.
• If the order does not contain any defects and the return is requested based solely on the customer’s preference, a 7% deduction from the total order value will be applied to cover the operational and processing costs incurred by the brand.
  Additionally, a return shipping fee of 80 EGP will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• All products displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
• Return or exchange can be made for free if the product is in the same original condition as when purchased and is wrapped in the original packaging.The exchange or return request will be approved within 3 working days.In the event that the return and exchange request is approved, the representative will reach the customer within 3-5 working days.Please send a message via the Whatsapp application to the number shown in the shipping policy in order to request a return or exchange or contact us via the Contact Us page in order to request a return or exchange.
• Please photograph the product and send it with specifying the city, address and order number to be replaced with another product in the event that the product is damaged or has a specific defect, or is not used as agreed upon.
• The amount will be refunded to the customer in full if the product he received is completely different from the product description on the product page on our website
